PT26
PT26 Standard Features:

The PT26 utility skid-mounted valve operator. Make any pickup truck a valve operator truck. Can be easily removed or put back in with a standard forklift as the unit is entirely self-contained. This unit can also be used with the PV66 Vacuum Excavator for a combined vehicle system.
The PT26 can operate underground gate valves from 6 in. to 60 in. diameter with an adjustable torque range from 0 to 1800 ft. / lbs. The torque control device insures that only enough torque to turn the valve is present which is more gentle on valve stems than normal manual operation. A built-in swivel head allows operation at up to 15° of misalignment and the power head extends up to 28 in. for easy setup. Revolution counters gives readouts of valve turns to 1/10th of a revolution and the torque setting can be easily checked while valve turning without valve strain.
Gauges include pressure, torque, oil temp., and oil filter condition and controls include torque, direction, speed, and auxiliary circuit. In addition the oil reservoir holds up to 22 gallons of hydraulic fluid with optional truck or trailer mounting available.

PT1000
PT1000 Standard Features:

A track mounted valve exerciser for opening and closing underground valves. The PT1000 can operate underground valves from 4 in.- 60 in. diameter with adjustable torque range from 0 to 850 ft. / lbs.. It has an operational horizontal reach of up to 8’ and a swing radius of up to 270 degrees. The unit can be mounted in various configurations, stowing width-wise or length-wise on a custom Pacific Tek trailer, flatbed service vehicle or dedicated single and tandom axle trailers. This unit can be powered from a separate hydraulic unit or vehicle driven one pump system.
The model shown above is a PV100-PT1000-AI-D1HW-T, which features a 100 gallon Vacuum Excavator with the PT-1000 Slide Head, Drive One System, LED traffic director, single axle trailer with electric brakes rated at 5,200 lb GVW.
